Ford Performance is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join their motorsports general management group. You will partner cross-functionally and with key external partners to build the Ford Performance business and brand. You will serve as a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership and key stakeholders – identifying new revenue streams, strengthening community engagement, and managing key strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, be comfortable with ambiguity, and role model Our Ford+ Behaviors – Focus, Excellence and Collaboration.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 10+ years of work experience in the field of marketing
  • Moderate travel will be required
  • Weekend and/or evening hours expected
  • Practical knowledge in brand identity
  • Strong presentation skills

  • 7+ years of experience in a brand management role
  • Motorsports experience is a plus
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours
  • Innovative thinking and ability to think strategically

What you'll do...

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that promote Ford Performance brand growth and expansion, while aligning to strategic priorities of the business
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering/Comms/Global Markets/Licensing/Dealer Relations/Design/Retail Marketing/Product Marketing/etc. to support programs that leverage Ford Performance partnerships
  • Assist with oversight and partnership responsibilities, related to the Ford Performance Racing School, including implementation of new owner programs
  • Oversee motorsports Design Architecture/Graphic Standards/Livery process, to ensure a modern and robust brand standard
  • Own the Ford Performance point of view on matters related to the motorsports brand identity within Ford Motor Company
  • Lead development of organic social media campaigns by overseeing day-to-day management of Ford Performance social communities (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Adhere to overarching comms and social strategies, as well as established tone of voice while managing social communities
  • Communicate the success of social and digital successes through analytics and metric reports, including recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support naming/nomenclature strategy and associated Trademark clearances, and address trademark violations with partners/teams
  • Identify research needs, conduct motorsports benchmarking, and review large portions of data to provide POV’s on current and future Ford Performance programs
  • Exhibit a creative mindset to view motorsports through the eyes of the consumer
  • Dedicated to growing Ford Performance lifestyle and aspirational product and merchandise offerings, in cooperation with Global Licensing
  • Oversee the Ford Performance Customer Tech Line
  • Develop ways to expand on the Ford Performance’s brand image and goodwill
  • Prepare presentations on program initiatives, relevant to position, to be shared with Executive Leadership team (all the way up to company CEO)
