Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in various fabrication processes. The Fabricator at RFK Racing would be responsible for performing various functions in ensuring that RFK products along with outside sourced products meet required standards.

Duties

• Install composite body panels on race chassis
• Measure, fit, and ensure proper alignment and attachment of body components
  
• Perform basic fabrication tasks to support body and finish work
  
• Work closely with the fabrication team members to meet performance and quality standards
• Ability to read 3D imaging

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferably supplemented with technical training.
• Basic fabrication skills.
• Must be able to organize, manage and prioritize multiple task and deadlines.
• Able to communicate successfully at many levels within the organization.
• Self-motivated with a high initiative, inner drive and attention to detail that is adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
• Accountability for assigned responsibilities and actions.
• Work must be performed at a high level of accuracy.
• Critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve a problem.
