Job Posting: ARCA Hauler Driver

Joe Gibbs Racing is seeking an experienced Hauler Driver to join our championship-winning ARCA team. This role is responsible for safely transporting race cars and equipment to and from events while representing JGR with professionalism and excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL; must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) for DOT compliance
• Minimum 3 years full-time tractor-trailer driving experience
• Minimum 2 years of touring series driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Mechanically inclined and team-oriented
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Sponsor-friendly attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport race cars and equipment to and from race venues
• Load and unload race cars, tools, and team equipment at each site
• Maintain hauler appearance and uphold JGR brand standards
• Manage hauler maintenance schedules, travel logs, and documentation
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and direction from the Crew Chief and/or Transportation Director
