About the role:

The Maintenance Technician will oversee the general upkeep of the RFK Racing facilities and its infrastructure. This position will maintain building operations and ensure that the facilities are safe and functional at all times. The Maintenance Technician will also manage routine maintenance and emergency repairs to prevent and resolve safety or comfort issues.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for assisting with operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on buildings, industrial systems, grounds, and maintenance equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC.
• Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, and can paint walls, piping, floors and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, preventative maintenance, etc.
• Maintain and operate security, fire and life safety systems such as security cameras, burglar alarm system, fire alarm systems, fire pumps and related fire protection system equipment as assigned.
• Perform carpentry and snow removal when necessary.
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habits.
• Provide event support such as setting up and breaking down tables and chairs, moving furniture, etc. as assigned.
