SUMMARY
Inspects and verifies products at various stages of production process, and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.

Essential Job Functions:

• Interprets engineering drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Selects products for inspection/verification at specified stages in production process; and inspects/verifies products for variety of qualities.
• Records inspection/verification data applying statistical quality control procedures.
• Calibrates and maintains measuring and inspection equipment per established procedures
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Understanding GD&T dimensioning.
• Experience using measurement hand tools (calipers, micrometers, height gage).
• Any CMM operation or programming experience is a plus.
• Zeiss Calypso experience is a big plus.
• Reasoning ability and mathematical skills; ability to define and solve problems
• Climate control facility
• 2nd shift- 10hour shift Monday-Thursday

Experience level: 1 - 3 years
