Video Production

This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, producing, shooting, and editing promotional video material/content for social and digital media posts that deliver effective, aesthetically pleasing images on-brand and on-strategy visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate the potential sponsors, management, and fans.

Responsibilities

· Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements while studying design briefs given.

· Act as primary videographer on race weekends.

· Travel to races, splitting time and current shooters to coverage to obtain required content for team and car.

· Shoots, produces, and edits competition activity from race events.

· Ideates, plans, scripts, shoots, and edits required partnership videos as requested.

· Ideates, plans, scripts, shoots, and edits short-form and quick-turn content for the brand.

· Creates weekly hauler at-track video content.

· Communicate often via email proficiently.

· Maintain organization, professionalism, and patience under pressure.

· Keeping work area clean and organized at all times.

· Provide assistance to other team members on other duties as appropriate.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· 2-5 years of proven video production within marketing and brand elevation.

· Knowledge of necessary equipment and software to perform the duties of the position.

· A strong background of experience in video production/editing environment.

· Demonstrating a great deal of competence in all areas of video production.

· A knack for storytelling and a creative eye, with attention to technical detail.

· Ability to identify inspiring stories that resonate with the audiences.

· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines while working independently.

· Strong organizational skills in management a heavy workload with hard and fast deadlines.

· Excellent computer skills including PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, Email

· Established organizational and problem-solving skills required.

· NICE TO HAVE: motion graphic or animation experience
