About Us:

Game Plan for Life (GPFL) is the non-profit ministry organization founded by NASCAR team owner and former NFL Head Coach Joe Gibbs with a focus on Faith-based prison ministries, resources and teaching, and social media content. Joe Gibbs Racing is a championship-winning NASCAR sports team, established in 1991.

Essential Job Functions:

Can take one idea or piece of content and turn it into multiple pieces of content.

Digital Storyteller who can shape our messages and goals into effective video, photo, and written content.

Experiment with the algorithms, posting times, captions, reposting video, etc.

Willingness to quickly adapt to changing technology and trends.

Loves social media, content, storytelling, and technology.

Able to build a team of freelancers for outsourcing in order to get more content built in a timely manner.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

Demonstrated ability to create content and fill social media channels with it. Special consideration will be given to applicants who can provide links to success accounts they've grown and managed, no matter the follower size or view count. (Especially TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.)

Social Media Marketing, Communication

Content Strategy, Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail

Experience with video capture and editing on an iPhone, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Ability to delegate and manage projects

Demonstrated ability to create and manage social media campaigns

Experience with analytics tools to track and optimize social media performance

Creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Logistics:

Job location is in Huntersville, NC; full-time

This position is not eligible for Work-From-Home.

20% Travel may be required.
