About this role:
The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for organizing partner events under the direction of the Senior Director, Marketing Operations. The position requires a thorough understanding of the needs, logistics, impact and interaction with partners and team staff to conduct successful motorsport event activities at both local and off-site locations. To be effective, the Hospitality Coordinator must be able to manage resources for diverse events which vary from client to fan focused and ensure that client or company objectives are met by the events. Projects require the ability to manage proposals, quotes, planning and execution. Some travel may be required.

- Responsible for all planning aspects of prospect and partner at-track weekend experiences; including, but not limited to building weekend schedules, credential requests, golf cart rentals, garage tours, reserving private transportation and hotel reservations, and off-site group events.
- Responsible for event communications and able to interact with a variety of individuals including sponsors, fans, and team members.
- Plan and execute partner in-house events and meetings; including, but not limited to event set up and tear down, ordering all food and beverage, tours, and arranging guest speakers.
- Assist with team and sponsor special events such as Fan Day, holiday parties, win events, and Sponsor Summits.
- Develop relationships with racetrack contacts and execute contracts for hospitality needs.
- Manage the events according to the financial parameters as established.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
- Creative problem-solving skills with a strong sense of attention to detail
- Must work well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to build internal relationships and interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual with collaborative communication style
- Versed in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva
- The determination to work harder than anyone you know
- Ability to stand over 2/3 of the day and lift up to 50 lbs
