About this role:

Our IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top notch desktop support to our corporate and competition staff at our headquarters in Concord, NC. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining various hardware and software systems, such as desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and applications. You will also be responsible for responding to user requests, resolving issues, and documenting solutions. You will be working alongside our Senior Engineers on various server and network administration projects.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree, CompTIA A+, Network+, MCDST, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support (Windows PCs)
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS)
• Experience with Windows Server administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory user account management
• Familiarity with cloud hosted applications: Azure, AWS
• Wireless networking experience, Ubiquiti/Unifi preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills while under pressure
• Effective and honest communicator (verbal & written)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Great customer service demeanor
