RFK is seeking a skilled Print Shop Technician/ Graphic Installer to join our dynamic team. The Print Shop Technician / Graphics Installer will help bring the RFK Racing brand to life through race car and hauler graphics, signage, partner assets and more. It’s hands-on, highly visible work in a fast-paced environment where quality, precision and attention to detail matter.

Responsibilities

  • Operate wide-format digital printers to produce high-quality graphics, signage, decals, and vehicle graphics.
  • Laminate, trim, cut, weed, package, and prepare printed graphics for delivery or installation.
  • Perform routine printer maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates properly.
  • Install vehicle wraps, decals, graphics, and other vinyl applications while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe print shop and installation workspace.
  • Verify completed orders to ensure all required components are included, properly packaged, and ready for delivery or installation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of vinyl, laminate, inks, and other shop materials; monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Track projects and prioritize workload to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency before completion.
  • Assist with preparing files and materials for production and installation as needed.
  • Follow proper handling, safety, and equipment procedures throughout the production and installation process.
  • Individuals should have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Primarily to be able to add or adjust Cut Paths and bleed to files, as necessary.
  • Previous experience installing vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, or signage.
  • Knowledge of proper vinyl application techniques and surface preparation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Individuals should have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Primarily to be able to add or adjust Cut Paths and bleed to files, as necessary.
  • Previous experience installing vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, or signage.
  • Knowledge of proper vinyl application techniques and surface preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
