Job Analyst & Quoting

Description: The Job Analysis is responsible for reviewing Customer Requirements concerning products in order to develop the Quotations, Customer Requirements and review the customer order in line with the quote.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fully participate and support the RCR Manufacturing Solutions QMS.
• Responsible for Quotations and Analysis of the customer requirements.
• Provide the Quotes to the customer and process incoming customer Purchase Orders specific requirements.
• Support the Management Team in job development and understanding specific customer requirements.

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience in Machining, Manufacturing & Inspection Process.
• Ability to understand MBD, Drawings and GD&T as required.
• Ability to understand customer specifications and product requirements.
• Basic knowledge of machine tool paths and programming.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills with normal Microsoft Programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of Manufacturing, Programming and Quote Development.
• Strong knowledge of the MRP System in use by RCRMS.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Highly organized and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate at all levels (subordinates, peers, superiors, and clients).
• Excellent computer skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel etc.
