CNC Machinist/Quality Control Assistant

We currently have a full-time opening in our CNC Department.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday, 9:00AM – 7:30PM

Machinist/QC Requirements:

• Setting up CNC Lathes and Mills to perform the job
• Operating and monitoring the CNC machines
• Troubleshooting issues
• Following safety procedures and regulations
• Collaborating with managers and other team members
• Inspecting parts and maintaining the equipment
• Operate Q/C inspection and measurement devices.
• Follow procedures for inspection of specific parts, using control standards and tolerances for critical dimensions using statistical process control techniques
• Maintain records of inspected components.
• Compile, tabulate and summarize inspection data for analysis.
• Prepare analysis, charts or reports regarding deviations from prescribed quality standards
• Knowledge of coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss machines and Calypso software are a plus)
• Knowledge of GD&T
• 3 years of CNC experience required
