Part Time Hauler Driver
Rackley WAR is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Hauler Driver to support our Super Late Model and Pro Late Model racing operations, with some NASCAR opportunities.
This role ensures the safe, timely transport of racecars, equipment, and inventory to events across the country while representing the team professionally. This role also includes preparing meals, drinks, and snacks for the crew and guests at the racetrack.
This role is primarily intended for West Coast Events and will require 10-12 days of travel. The applicant for this role will be expected to transport race haulers for 12-14 events from April 27th through Dec 9th, 2026.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically aware, flexible with travel schedules, and comfortable working in a fast-paced motorsports environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and transport team haulers, racecars, and equipment to and from race events across multiple states
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Assist with loading and unloading at the race track
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the hauler, trailer, and pit areas
- Prepare and organize meals, drinks, and snacks for crew, partners, and guests at the racetrack
- Stock, manage, and maintain food, beverage, and hospitality supplies during race weekends
- Ensure hospitality areas (hauler interior, coolers, guest areas) are clean, presentable, and well-supplied
- Represent Rackley WAR professionally with tracks, officials, partners, and fans
- Comply with DOT regulations and all team safety policies
About Rackley WAR
Rackley WAR is a professional, data-driven motorsports team based in Mooresville, NC. The team fields the full-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series #26, as well as a part-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series #27.
At the same time, they operate a nationally competitive Asphalt Pro and Super Late Model program competing in more than 70 races annually from Coast to Coast.
