RFK Racing, in its 39th season in 2026, features an ownership lineup pairing one of the sport’s most iconic names, Jack Roush, along with NASCAR Champion Brad Keselowski and Fenway Sports Group owner John Henry. RFK Racing is seeing a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life across RFK Racing. This individual contributor works across marketing, communications, digital, social, content, and partnership teams to coordinate integrated campaigns and ensure consistent execution across channels. This role serves as a central connector for campaign planning, helping teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. The Marketing Manager will also oversee the organization-wide marketing calendar and support the planning and execution of email marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, content, communications, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging, timelines, and deliverables.
- Help develop campaign briefs and coordinate deliverables across departments.
- Ensure campaigns are executed consistently and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to amplify campaigns across additional marketing channels.
- Create and maintain the organization-wide marketing calendar to provide visibility into all marketing initiatives, campaigns, and key communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track campaign timelines, major announcements, and marketing priorities.
- Ensure alignment across departments and help prevent conflicts or overlapping initiatives.
- Regularly update and communicate the calendar to stakeholders to support planning and execution.
- Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, retail and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain the email marketing calendar in alignment with broader campaign plans.
- Coordinate with content team to develop email messaging and creative.
- Manage email scheduling, distribution, and basic audience segmentation.
- Monitor email performance and provide insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Support post-campaign reporting by gathering performance insights across channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, coordination, and campaign execution.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or campaign coordination.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or live event marketing a plus
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with marketing calendars, campaign planning tools, or project management platforms.
- Experience with project management software. Monday.com a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
