Shelby & Carter-Maxwell LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Tire Technician to support motorsport events through professional tire service and technical assistance. This is a part-time, flexible, event-based position requiring travel to various motorsport venues.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the motorsports industry while working at competitive racing events.

Key Responsibilities

• Mounting and balancing tires for motorsport applications
  
  
• Providing tire service and technical support during racing events
  
  
• Maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism
  
  
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
  
  
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing for extended periods, working outdoors in varying weather conditions)
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and able to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience mounting and balancing tires
  
  
• Experience working with race tires or in a motorsport environment
  
  
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop equipment
