NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for the strategy, execution, testing and reporting of marketing campaigns ac ross email, SMS, app/push notifications, direct mail, and other relevant lifecycle marketing channels. The Senior Manager, as part of the Lifecycle Marketing team, creates, executes, and optimizes direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns that drive fan engagement, conversions, and customer lifetime value. Duties include but are not limited to: Partner with internal teams to define lifecycle marketing strategies for NASCAR events that drive ticket sales revenue. Execute, test, and report on omni-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on 1:1 owned and operated channels (e.g., email, SMS) to 1st party audiences. Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with league and track teams to collect campaign inputs, improve operational efficiencies, and share results. Build reports and establish a regular cadence for analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and making data-driven decisions that inform test-and-learn initiatives, continuous optimization, and tactical prioritization. Lead lifecycle marketing campaign project management through a centralized marketing calendar and project management system. Keep stakeholders informed through integrated marketing planning meetings. Travel: 10%, including select weekends and events Directly supervises assigned staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Required skills/experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four (4) year college or university Minimum of six (6) years of experience in direct-to-consumer lifecycle and/or digital channel marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with direct-to-consumer omni-channel marketing and email marketing required. Direct experience with a marketing automation tool, experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer preferred. Proficient in all company-provided software, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. Strong working knowledge of project management and communication tools (e.g. Adobe Workfront) required. Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience with a marketing automation tool, Adobe Journey Analytics experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills required, with an ability to earn trust with internal and external stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of B2C email and SMS best practices and lifecycle marketing strategies. Ability to analyze the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing channels, contextualize results against broader business performance, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to present concise and clear information on lifecycle campaign initiatives.
