Location: Onsite in Santa Clarita, CA
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Possible 1-Year Extension)
Hourly Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 DOE
About the Role: Responsible for CNC programming using MasterCam and creating multi-axis tool paths using computer software to control machine tools for manufacturing high-performance racing engine components. Fixture and tooling design and CNC Setup and Operation.
Qualifications:
- 2 Year Technical Degree in CNC Programming with 5 years of relevant experience OR Minimum 10 years of experience programming in a multi-axis CNC milling environment.
- 7+ years in CAD-CAM programming for CNC, including tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong background in close-tolerance machining and machine setup procedures.
- Experience with MasterCam (multi-axis programming), CATIA V5 AMG software, and Fanuc controllers (preferred).
- Proven ability to generate technical and summary reports, prepare presentations, and manage projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Skilled in organizing and managing multiple assignments concurrently.
