General Mechanic

Rackley WAR is seeking an experienced, skilled, and motivated General Mechanic to support its growing NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and Late Model racing operations. This role is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and performance of race vehicles in both the shop and at the track. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven racing environment.

Required Skills

• Prior experience as a race team mechanic (NASCAR, Late Model, or similar motorsports preferred).

• Strong mechanical understanding of racecar systems.

• Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during race weeks.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
