Sales Coordinator

Huntersville, NC, USA Full Time

Reporting:

  • Position reports directly to Vice President- Sponsorships
  • As a member of the JGR Sponsorship Sales Team, the Sales Coordinator will be an active participant in all aspects of JGR sponsorship sales efforts- discovery, design, development and contract completion

Responsibilities:

  • Support Vice President -Sponsorship and JGR Sales Team in efforts to drive sponsorship revenue across JGR’s Cup and O’Reilly Series Teams
  • Including but not limited to:
    • Research
  • Data Collection and Entry
  • Task Management
  • Creative Design
  • Cross Department Collaboration
  • Sales Lead Generation
    • Cold Calling, Networking and Targeted Strategic Outreach
  • At-Track Support
    • As needed, at-track hosting support of both prospective and existing JGR partners (Estimated 10-12 times throughout season)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
    • Entry level sales experience a plus but not required
  • Strong desire to pursue a sales focused career path
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Creative design capability (particularly Canva) a plus
  • Must Have Personal Characteristics

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attentive to details
