Reporting:
- Position reports directly to Vice President- Sponsorships
- As a member of the JGR Sponsorship Sales Team, the Sales Coordinator will be an active participant in all aspects of JGR sponsorship sales efforts- discovery, design, development and contract completion
Responsibilities:
- Support Vice President -Sponsorship and JGR Sales Team in efforts to drive sponsorship revenue across JGR’s Cup and O’Reilly Series Teams
- Including but not limited to:
- Research
- Data Collection and Entry
- Task Management
- Creative Design
- Cross Department Collaboration
- Sales Lead Generation
- Cold Calling, Networking and Targeted Strategic Outreach
- At-Track Support
- As needed, at-track hosting support of both prospective and existing JGR partners (Estimated 10-12 times throughout season)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Entry level sales experience a plus but not required
- Strong desire to pursue a sales focused career path
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
- Creative design capability (particularly Canva) a plus
- Must Have Personal Characteristics
