Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure organizational efficiency. Duties
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams across various departments to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments such as sales, finance, and HR to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory levels to optimize operational costs.
- Oversee compliance with safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Help with hiring and maintaining a strong team.
- Coordinate event and marketing outreach.
Skills
- Proven experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to set and manage SMART goals.
- General knowledge of Marketing and Events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and engagement.
- Strong desire for training and training implementation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as POS, CRM systems, MS Office Suite, or other management tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Nice-to-have skills include experience in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Monday), financial acumen, or familiarity with industry-specific knowledge.
