Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of operational processes. This role is vital in driving company growth, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage teams across various departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, finance, and HR to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and inventory levels to optimize operational costs.
  • Oversee compliance with safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Help with hiring and maintaining a strong team.
  • Coordinate event and marketing outreach.

Skills

  • Proven experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to set and manage SMART goals.
  • General knowledge of Marketing and Events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and engagement.
  • Strong desire for training and training implementation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as POS, CRM systems, MS Office Suite, or other management tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Nice-to-have skills include experience in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Monday), financial acumen, or familiarity with industry-specific knowledge. Pay: $52,617.90 - $75,000.00 per year
