Roush initially founded the team in 1988, and it has since become one of the most successful racing operations in the world, propelling him to be the first NASCAR owner to amass 300 wins and capturing eight championships, including back-to-back NASCAR Cup titles in 2003 and 2004. Keselowski, a former owner in the NASCAR Truck Series, is the 2012 NASCAR Cup Series Champion. In 2007, Roush partnered with Henry, who also owns Major League Baseball’s Boston Red Sox, English Premier League’s Liverpool F.C., and the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins, to form Roush Fenway Racing. Off the track, RFK is a leader and proven winner in NASCAR marketing solutions, having produced multiple award-winning social media, digital content, and experiential marketing campaigns.

RFK Racing is seeking a Content Manager with a creative mind with an eye for stunning visuals to help deliver top-notch video and photo content for the team, drivers, and partners. This individual will be responsible for leading the execution of long and short-form video and photo content for partner and internal social campaigns, and collaborating with the RFK’s award-winning marketing department to drive measurable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content both at the RFK shop and at race events (60% travel).
  • Lead the execution of in-house productions, including short and long-form video projects, driver photoshoots, and studio sessions.
  • Manage and maintain the RFK Racing studio space and ensure readiness for shoots.
  • Manage relationships with NASCAR Productions and photography vendors.
  • Coordinate weekly shot lists, scheduling, and deliverables with external photographers and production partners.
  • Oversee product photography for RFK’s retail store and digital channels.
  • Manage and maintain at-track pit box LED video boards in coordination with IT department.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to identify and execute trend-based content such as hype videos, memes, and short-form edits.
  • Provide coverage support on race weekends and key events as needed
  • Manage the RFK Racing YouTube channel, including scheduling, publishing, and optimizing video content.
  • Support marketing and partnership teams with photo/video deliverables for sponsor activations, recap videos, and campaign requests.
  • Update and refresh in-building photography and branding elements
  • Lead the submission process for industry awards (DotCOMM, Viddy, MarCom, etc.) on behalf of the RFK Marketing Department.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience with videography, photography, content creation
  • Proficient in Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects - Photoshop or Illustrator a plus
  • Experience with digital/social strategies and tactics
  • Ability to provide a portfolio of photography and video projects completed
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and other computer software
  • Excellent grammar and creative writing skills
  • Strong planning, project management, attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
