Coordinator, Partnership Marketing

Position Summary:

The Coordinator, Partnership Marketing oversees account management of assigned corporate partnerships. This role collaborates closely with internal teams across marketing, communications, and content to deliver value to partners and ensure successful activation of partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position requires a balance of strategic insight and hands-on execution and reports to the Director, Partnership Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day relationship management for assigned partners, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Develop and oversee partnership activation strategies that drive engagement and measurable business results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate marketing, PR and digital marketing into partner objectives.
  • Evaluate program performance through data analytics and measurement tools; develop recap presentations and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Oversee at-track partner hosting during race weekends, ensuring seamless execution and professional representation of the organization.
  • Responsible for department support initiatives including team branding compliance, weekly deliverables document, at-track partner communication, partner events and more.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing detailed executional elements.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends.
