Race Engineer

ThorSport Racing is seeking a race engineer whose role is to work with the team and driver to ensure all aspects of the vehicle are optimized to their full potential for a given race weekend. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, vehicle setup, race strategy, and simulation development. Tasks includes, but not limited to, simulation vehicle modeling, in-race support, race weekend documentation and romer arm support.

This position requires extensive travel and a willingness to work long flexible hours including weekends.

No previous experience required, but requires a willingness to learn, a commitment to continual improvement, and a strong drive to compete.
