Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a racing mechanic
• Strong mechanical ability and work ethic
• Fabrication experience is preferred but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Positive attitude

Essential Duties:

• Full-time travel with the team as a mechanic
• Tire specialist work may be required
• Race week car prep
• Suspension / interior / side skirts
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Chief and Car Chief
