Develop and implement winning race strategies for Toyota Motorsports, utilizing a combination of technical expertise and analytical thinking.

Utilize data analysis and predictive modeling to inform race strategy decisions and make adjustments in real-time during races.

Collaborate with team members and drivers to understand their input and incorporate it into race strategy plans.

Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in motorsports technology and use that knowledge to continuously improve race strategy tactics.

Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors and track conditions to anticipate potential challenges and develop effective counter-strategies.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and precision in all race strategy plans and execution.

Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to race strategy.

Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members to develop their skills and knowledge in race strategy.

Monitor and evaluate race strategy performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
