The Company:

A multi-title-winning endurance and GT racing team. Known for operational excellence, long-term OEM partnerships, and success at iconic events such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Spa 24 Hours, and more, they are looking to strengthen their trackside engineering capability for the upcoming season.

The Role

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that combines transport operations with tire management and garage support. You’ll be responsible for safely transporting cars and equipment to and from global race and test events, managing race tires in compliance with sporting regulations, and assisting with garage and pitlane operations during race weekends.

The position requires a highly organised, proactive professional with strong mechanical awareness and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Workshop – Pre/Post Event
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe and clean storage of cars, tires, and equipment
• Drive team trucks to and from race and test venues
• Maintain trucks/trailers in immaculate, safe operating condition
• Manage consumables stock, reporting shortages or issues to the Crew Chief

Event – Setup & Operations
• Assist with garage setup and teardown
• Manage tire duties for assigned car, liaising with Car Chief and Race Engineer
• Maintain garage, truck, and equipment areas to a high standard
• Participate in pit stops and maintain fuelling equipment
• Monitor tire pressures, temperatures, and numbering to regulation standards
• Support mechanics with small tasks when required
• Assist with fuelling and air bottle refills
• Handle and position pitlane barriers before and after sessions
• Report any anomalies immediately to Crew Chief or Race Engineer

Key Skills & Experience
• Motorsport experience in a similar transport/operations role
• Valid truck driver’s licence (and proven trailer-handling skills)
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Hands-on “can-do” attitude with flexibility on hours and workload
• Good communication skills and fluent in English
• Eligible to work in the EU or US, depending on location
